Whilst on Google the other day I stumbled across something awesome. A chocolate pudding recipe… sounds normal but wait; it has avo in it.

You know; the green, mushy fruit with the giant pip in the middle. Yup, that avo.

A healthy kids chocolate pudding recipe!

Terilynn Epperson’s ‘chocolate pudding with avo recipe’ is super simple, uses only six ingredients and is lightning quick.

Perfect for mums on the run! Check it out:

Chocolate Pudding

1 avocado, diced

¼ c raw agave nectar, or more to taste

¼ c cocoa powder

¼ c water

2 t vanilla extract

¼ t sea salt

Place avocado, agave nectar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sea salt in a blender. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to achieve a creamy consistency.

Seriously easy and a great way to get stubborn toddlers to ingest something nutritious.

I wonder how chocolate dipped carrots or pumpkin mousse would go down?
