A cool iPhone service called ‘Find My iPhone’ has recently been made available for free to iPhone 4, iPad and fourth generation iPod Touch owners – the app previously required a paid MobileMe account. By configuring your phone to report its locations the Find My iPhone service, the app enables you to locate your phone if it has been lost or stolen.
Whether it’s pop, rock, indie, blues or even calming classical, there is no denying that listening to our favourite music inspires a frenetic fanaticism that manifests in a variety of ways – a smile, a jump and a skip, loud (often tuneless) singing, head bobbing or bodily gyrations that we think are subtle but are actually entirely noticeable to the general public. Great music makes us feel fabulous. It therefore makes sense to convert the energy invoked by our favourite songs into exercise.
When a new diet book hits the shelf my initial reaction is a severe roll of the eyes and a bored yawn as I contemplate the annoyance of another celebrity ‘starve yourself to skinniness with the secret help of a host of personal trainers’ weight loss scheme. It’s unrealistic.

English fashion designer Stella McCartney has launched newly designed web and online shopping site in the UK for the first time. The online shop is a relaunch of the US site and will be available in eight European countries by spring 2011.
