The app also categorises exercises (core, lower body, chest, shoulders, back, arms, cardio, stretches blah di blah).
Exercise routines according to gender, weight, equipment and, most importantly, your goals – lose weight, tighten abs, tone butt or all of the above. It’s like having a personal trainer…only not (which makes the app perfect for the more antisocial types)
What’s cool about this the fitness buddy is that it allows you to track your body weight and metrics, and graph your progress – there’s no better incentive than progress!
