Chafing is very common among athletes, hikers and those who lead an active lifestyle. Chafing occurs when skin rubs against skin or clothing causing a friction burn, redness, irritation and can be painful. It’s most common in areas like thighs, underarms and the groin. Chafing may seem like a minor issue, but it can be painful and frustrating to prevent, manage and treat, impacting comfort and performance during exercise and whilst carrying out daily activities.
Gently cleanse the affected area with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Apply a thin layer of Sudocrem® to the affected area, gently massage into the skin
Use Sudocrem® as often as needed
