Chafing is very common among athletes, hikers and those who lead an active lifestyle. Chafing occurs when skin rubs against skin or clothing causing a friction burn, redness, irritation and can be painful. It’s most common in areas like thighs, underarms and the groin. How to use Sudocrem® for chafing:

1.
Gently cleanse the affected area with lukewarm water and pat dry.

2.
Apply a thin layer of Sudocrem® to the affected area, gently massage into the skin

3.
Use Sudocrem® as often as needed
